2 Open the tracker for the agency you applied through (Protean or UTIITSL).
3 Select application type and enter your acknowledgement number.
4 Submit to see your current PAN status and dispatch details.

A PAN is usually allotted within 7–15 working days of a successful application, with the physical card dispatched thereafter.

I lost my acknowledgement number — what now?

Contact the agency you applied through (Protean or UTIITSL) with your name and date of birth; they can help retrieve your application.

Can I check PAN status by name and date of birth?

The official trackers primarily use the acknowledgement number. Some also allow name and date of birth as a fallback.
